How many pets can I have in one portrait and what types of pets do you illustrate?

You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to pups!

What if I’m not happy with my artwork?

If you’re not satisfied with the artwork, you can request modifications. We’ll refine the design and send it back for your approval. Printing will only proceed once you’re happy with the final result.

How do I know if my pet’s photo is good enough?

Our team carefully reviews every photo to ensure it meets the quality standards. If there’s an issue, we’ll notify you via email and request a new image. For best results, take the photo in natural light, at eye level with your pet, and ensure clarity.
